Profile Settings
Managing your personal user profile and password.
What are Profile Settings?
The Profile Settings page is your personal space within OmniFleet. It's where you can manage your own user account details, such as your name, contact information, and most importantly, your password.
Why is it Useful?
Keeping your profile up to date is important for security and communication.
- Security: Regularly changing your password from the settings page is a key security practice.
- Personalization: You can update your display name and other personal details.
- Notifications: (If applicable) Ensure your contact details are correct to receive any system notifications you are subscribed to.
The Profile Settings Page
Path: /settings
You can typically access this page by clicking on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the application and selecting "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
How to Change Your Password
For security, it's a good idea to update your password periodically.
This process is for when you are already logged in. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, please follow the Forgot Password guide instead.
Changing Your Password
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Find the Password Management section.
- Fill out the password change form.
