Analytics Overview
Gaining performance insights with metrics and reports.
The Analytics page provides key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights into your fleet's operations. It features a series of widgets that display important metrics.

Permissions: Requires permissions to view analytics.
Filtering Data
At the top of the page, you will find a date and time range filter. Use this to adjust the time period for which the data is displayed across all the widgets on the page.
Analytics Widgets
The page is composed of several widgets, each displaying a key metric:
Total Active Users
A count of all active users on the platform.
Total Vehicles
A count of all registered vehicles.
Total Trips
A cumulative count of all trips taken within the selected period.
Total Services
A count of all service records logged.
Total Issues
A count of all reported issues.
Total Devices
A count of all registered tracking devices.
Chart-Based Widgets
In addition to the count-based widgets, several charts provide a visual breakdown of important statuses:
- Direct Trip Status: A pie or bar chart showing the status distribution of direct trips.
- Trip Request Status: A chart showing the status distribution of trip requests.
- Issue Status: A chart showing the status of reported issues (e.g., Open, In Progress, Closed).
- Issue Priority: A chart showing the priority distribution of issues (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
- Top Performing Drivers: A leaderboard of drivers based on key performance metrics.
